How it works

From First Call to Final Walkthrough

No mystery pricing, no vanishing crews, no change orders you did not ask for. Here is exactly what happens after you get in touch.

You tell us the project

Under a minute on the form, or one phone call. What you are building and your ZIP code. That is enough for us to know whether we are the right fit and which crew covers you.

We come back to you within 2 hours

In business hours, someone calls to go through soil type, how water moves across the property, equipment access and how much the grade has to change. Those four decide your real price, so we ask about them properly rather than guessing. Photos and rough measurements make the number sharper, and a video taken while it is raining is worth more than any description.

You get a written, line-item quote

Excavation, base depth and material, bedding, pavers or block, edge restraint, joint sand, labor, disposal. Separate lines. If something looks high you can question that line rather than the whole number. Nothing is ordered until you approve it.

Scheduling, honestly

You get a start window and we tell you what could move it, which in this trade is almost always weather. If it moves, you hear it from us before you notice it yourself.

The build

Layout and grade staking, excavation, base compacted in lifts, bedding screeded, material set and cut, edge restraint, joint sand. Insured crew, spoil hauled off, site swept at the end of each day rather than at the end of the job.

Walkthrough and handover

We walk the finished work together before the trailer leaves. You get care notes covering joint sand in year one, what deicers to avoid, and how to clean it. Extra material stays with you for future repairs.

What we need from you

Very little, but these are the things that keep a project on schedule:

  • Know where your utilities are. We file the locate request, but public locates do not mark private lines. If you have one running to irrigation, a pool, a shed or invisible fencing, tell us. That is the most common cause of a surprise on day one.
  • Check your HOA rules early if you have one. Material and color restrictions are common and approvals can take weeks, so it is worth starting before the quote rather than after.
  • Tell us if anything heavy lives on the driveway. An RV, a work truck, weekly deliveries. It changes base depth and paver thickness, and it is far cheaper to design for than to repair.
  • Point out anything you already know goes wrong in the yard, like the corner that stays wet for three days after rain. You have watched this property for years and we have not.
