FAQ

Questions Homeowners Ask Us

If yours is not here, call (888) 528-9320 and ask. We would rather answer it now than have you find out later.

How much does a hardscaping project cost?

Patios run $18 to $45 per square foot installed, driveways $22 to $55, pool decks $20 to $60, and retaining walls $30 to $70 per face foot. The spread inside each range comes down to material, site access, how much grade has to change, and the base depth your soil and climate require. Our cost guide breaks each one down properly.

Do you work in my area?

We work nationwide, across all 50 states. When you send a quote request with your ZIP code we match you with an insured crew covering that area and build to the base and drainage spec your climate calls for.

Are your crews insured?

Yes. Every installer carries liability coverage and workers compensation, and we verify it before scheduling any work. Ask and we will send you the certificates.

How long have you been doing this?

Twelve years, since 2014. We are rated 5 stars by the homeowners we have built for.

How long does a project take?

A standard patio is two to five days. Driveways run three to seven. Retaining walls depend almost entirely on height and access, from two days to several weeks. Outdoor kitchens usually run one to three weeks because of appliance lead times and coordinating gas and electrical.

What time of year is best to build?

Anything but frozen ground. Spring and fall book up first, so summer and early autumn often mean a faster start date. In warm climates winter is genuinely the best season to build, because the crews are less busy and nobody is working in 100 degree heat.

Do you handle permits?

Where a project needs one, yes. Retaining walls over four feet almost always do, driveway aprons that meet a public street often do, and outdoor kitchens with gas and electrical usually require trade permits. We tell you what your project needs before you commit.

What happens after I request a quote?

We come back to you within two hours during business hours to go through the details, then put a written line-item quote together from what you tell us. Photos and rough measurements make it sharper. No obligation at any point.
